Human capital has been one of the key elements in improving the welfare and increasing the economic growth in Yemen. This is why I considered the problem of human capital growth as a very crucial subject for my research, and attempt to answer the question “How to differentiate between human capital and knowledge management?” My research highlights large difference between human capital and knowledge management, “Human capital” is the stock of knowledge, habits, social and personality attributes, including creativity, embodied in the ability to perform labor so as to produce economic value. “Knowledge management” is the efficient handling of information and knowledge resources within a commercial organization. Therefore, the principal of this project is to express the impact of human capital on earnings quality in Yemeni organizations.
